Email signature

Generate the HTML of your professional signature with avatar, name, bio and links — and use it in any webmail.

The Signature tab generates the HTML of your email signature using your profile data: avatar, name, bio and links. Paste it into any email client (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Proton) and sign messages professionally.

What the signature includes

  • Avatar — your profile photo in a circular shape (80px).
  • Name — highlighted.
  • Bio — one line about you.
  • Links — your main social network links.
  • Branding — "Powered by wezu.me" in the footer.

💡 The signature follows your profile: update your name, bio or links and it will be regenerated with the new data.

How to use it

  1. Open the Signature tab in the dashboard.
  2. Check the Preview of the signature and the generated HTML code.
  3. Click Copy HTML.
  4. Paste it into your email signature field:
    • Gmail → Settings → See all settings → Signature.
    • Outlook → Settings → Email signature.
    • Yahoo / Proton → Settings → Signature.
  5. Save in each email client.

Bonus tip: Chrome extension

Prefer to insert the signature straight into the message you're writing? Install the Chrome extension: one click on the Signature button places your HTML in the email body in Gmail, Outlook Web, Yahoo and other webmails.

⚠️ If the visitor's email doesn't render the signature, check that the email client has "images" enabled — some block avatars by default.

Next: share your profile with Safe Sharing.
