How do I create my account?
Go to wezu.me/signup and sign up with Google or email and password. It's free.
I forgot my password. What now?
On the login screen, click Forgot your password?, enter your email and use the reset link you receive.
Can I use wezu.me without paying?
Yes. The Free plan includes your wezu.me page, links, social networks, email signature and customization — forever.
Profile
How much does the wezu.me/your-name address cost?
Nothing. Your unique address comes free on the Free plan.
Can I change my address (slug)?
Yes, in the Profile tab of the dashboard. Remember: the address is unique and changing it affects every link you've already shared.
My profile doesn't show up on Google.
Public profiles can be indexed. Make sure your page is set to public under Privacy — and be patient, indexing takes time.
Features and plans
What happens if I downgrade?
Features from the higher plan get locked at the end of the billing cycle, but your profile and data stay saved.
How does scheduling work?
Connect your Google Calendar in the Scheduling tab, define your availability and enable it. Visitors book directly on your page and the event lands in your calendar.
Is the AI Avatar safe?
The assistant only answers using your profile content and the context you configure. It has no access to your personal data or messages.
How do I receive contacts from the form?
Messages stay in the Contact tab of the dashboard, and you can download the CSV spreadsheet with all leads.
Privacy and deletion
How do I hide my profile?
Under the Privacy tab, choose Private profile. Only you can see the page.
How do I delete my account?
Under Security → Delete account, entering your password. Deletion is permanent and removes all data.
