With Scheduling, your clients pick the date and time of a meeting right on your page. The event is created automatically in your Google Calendar and an invite is sent by email.
⚠️ Scheduling is available on the Pro plan.
Step 1 — Connect Google Calendar
- Open the Scheduling tab in the dashboard.
- Click Connect Google Calendar.
- Authorize access with your Google account. Once connected, the dashboard shows: "Connected as youremail@gmail.com".
To switch accounts, use Disconnect and connect again.
Step 2 — Set up your availability
With the calendar connected, define:
- Meeting duration — e.g., 30 or 60 minutes.
- Buffer between meetings — a pause between one event and the next.
- Timezone — make sure it's correct for your region.
- Working days — which weekdays accept meetings.
- Working hours — the range of available hours each day.
💡 Leave a 10–15 min buffer between meetings to breathe and prepare.
Step 3 — Enable scheduling
Turn on Enable scheduling. Your public page will now show a time picker.
How the visitor books
- Clicks Book a Meeting on your profile.
- Picks the date and time (only free slots are shown).
- Fills in name, email and notes (optional).
- Confirms. The event lands in your Google Calendar and the invite is sent.
Managing bookings
In the Scheduling tab, under Bookings, you can see every scheduled appointment and cancel any of them — the event is removed from the calendar and the client is notified.
⚠️ If you already have an event occupying a time slot in your Google Calendar, that slot won't be offered to visitors.
