Deleting my account

Learn how to permanently delete your wezu.me account and what happens to your data.

Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. Before continuing, be sure you won't need your profile anymore.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account:

  • Your public profile and the wezu.me/your-slug address cease to exist.
  • All links, portfolio, testimonials, messages and bookings are removed.
  • Your settings and associated data are erased.

⚠️ This action cannot be undone. Canceling your subscription keeps the profile alive — deleting the account is different.

How to delete

  1. In the dashboard, click Security (sidebar).
  2. Scroll to Delete account.
  3. Enter your current password to confirm.
  4. Confirm on the final warning: Yes, delete.

⚠️ For security, you may be asked to sign in again before deleting your account.

Can I come back later?

Not with the same account. To use wezu.me again, you'll need to create a new account and build your profile from scratch. That's why we recommend:

  • Export your leads (CSV spreadsheet) before deleting.
  • Keep links and portfolio content you want to reuse.

Alternative: just sign out

If you just want to take a break, use Sign out in the sidebar. Your account and profile stay intact, and you can come back whenever you want.

💡 If you only want to hide the page temporarily, use Private profile under Privacy instead of deleting your account.
